Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OnAir Studio ("the Service"), operated by AirPlay Studio ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OnAir Studio is a cloud-based live streaming production platform that provides real-time broadcast tools including multi-guest video conferencing, recording, multistreaming, and related professional production features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment providers (Stripe and Paddle). By subscribing you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your selected plan
• Authorize recurring billing until you cancel
• Subscription fees are charged in advance of each billing period
• All paid plans include a 15-day free trial for new subscribers

5. Free Trial

New subscribers to paid plans receive a 15-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will activate and billing will begin automatically.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be applied after cancellation
• Your account will revert to the Free plan

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Stream or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service for other users
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other deceptive purposes

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated software, branding, and content are the property of AirPlay Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create or stream through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnAir Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or interruptions.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
