All paid subscription plans include a 15-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to your selected plan's features. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be collected.
Because we offer a generous free trial period, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription payments after the trial has ended. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Stripe or Paddle). Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
For payments processed through Paddle (our merchant of record), refund requests may be subject to Paddle's refund policies. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and refund disbursement for these transactions.
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings without contacting support.
If you are on an annual plan and request a refund after the trial period, we may offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of your annual subscription at our discretion.
